Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Poshaak For Kids! We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.

1.3 Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at poshaakforkids@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

1.4 Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Exchanges:

2.1 Eligibility for Exchanges:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Exchanges must be made within 3 days of receipt.

2.2 Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us at poshaakforkids@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
- Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

2.3 Exchange Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We will cover the shipping cost for sending the new item to you.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-4 working days.

3.2 Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at poshaakforkids@gmail.com.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

4.1 If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at poshaakforkids@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

4.2 We will provide instructions on how to return the item at no cost to you and will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
